How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

State whether you would like to receive store credit or a different size mailed back to you. At this time we only allow store credit and exchanges,

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

I have forgotten my username, now what?

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login screen and click on “Lost Your Password?” You will be prompted to enter your email address. It will then send you a link and information on how to reset your password.
